Ms. Farah Khan Ali, Gemologist, and Designer & Entrepreneur, was awarded the women achiever of the year on International Women’s Day on March 11, 2016 at Hotel Sofitel, BKC. She has inspired innumerable women of the country to be self-reliant.
Her jewelry brand “Farah Khan” is preferred brand of many national & international celebrities. Indeed, her presence was a huge motivation to our members who were benefited by her experience in the field of jewelry and her ability to balance various roles with panache.

Mrs/s. Sonal Shah, Anuradha Shah, Mona Ajmera, Sejal Goradia, Richa Shah, Jesal Shah and Binitha Dalal felicitated Ms. Farah Khan Ali with “Woman Achiever of the Year” trophy amidst thundering applause from the audience.
The highlight of the special evening was handing over of the SCHOLARSHIP CERTIFICATES to students who were shortlisted for grant of Scholarship by Ms. Ali.
Accompanying their parents, students looked forward to a bright future with the aid of these scholarships granted under CSR aegis of Women’s Wing. Ms. Jayalaxmi of Vasantha Memorial Trust who conducted Cancer Awareness Camp for construction workers at our member’s sites along with Ms. Gunjan Thakker who conducted Dental Camps were granted Certificate of Appreciation by Ms. Ali.
A highly interactive session was conducted by Ms. Richa Shah with Farah Khan Ali which deliberated on issues of women which impacts their day-to- day life while pursuing their dreams of a career. She spoke about her role as an entrepreneur who had faced both successes and failures in her career and had not let either affect her adversely. She said how important is for women to be financially independent, knowledgeable and self reliant in today’s day and age.
At MCHI – CREDAI Women’s Wing, we have been celebrating & harnessing women power in a very constructive way and this felicitation & celebration of womanhood was one such step in this direction.
